Kiaan Kapoor, a Nursery class student of Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, has secured First Position in the Under-6 category at an Open Tennis Tournament organised by Jagannath Tennis Academy.
The tournament saw participation from children across Delhi NCR. At just 4 years of age, Kiaan was the youngest participant in his category, competing against players aged 5½ years and above. The competition assessed core tennis skills including forehand and backhand strokes, where Kiaan outperformed his peers with a clear margin. He was awarded a trophy, medal, and certificate for his achievement.
Adding to this accomplishment, in January 2026, Kiaan participated in another Delhi Open Tennis Tournament (U-6 category) organised by a different academy and secured the First Runner-Up position, once again earning a trophy, medal, and certificate.
Kiaan began his tennis journey at the age of two. His discipline, consistency, and love for the sport are clearly reflected in these early milestones.

The Citation Ceremony for the 'Elysians-Class of 2026' was held on 29 January 2026, marking a proud and memorable milestone in the academic journey of the Grade 12 students. The ceremony, themed “Light,” symbolised knowledge, hope, and the promising paths awaiting the graduating batch as they prepare to step into the future with confidence and purpose.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Chairman, Mr Shikhar Malhotra, and the CEO, Ms Arti Dawar. The Principal addressed the gathering with inspiring words, urging students to uphold integrity, resilience, and excellence in all their future endeavours. Parents, educators and students came together to celebrate years of dedication, perseverance, and achievement.
Each student was recognised for personal growth and meaningful contributions to the school community. The ceremony was filled with moments of reflection, gratitude, and pride, serving as a heartfelt reminder that while one chapter comes to a close, a new one begins illuminated with promise, opportunity, and endless possibilities.
Under the Pause for a Cause initiative, our school community carried out two meaningful outreach efforts in support of the children of Good Works Trust. As part of the Parent Partnership Series, parents organized a Food and Stationery Distribution Drive, reflecting the spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility within our community.Additionally, funds collected over time, along with contributions from Grade 10 students under Project Ahaar, were utilized to provide sitting stools. These were distributed by our parent, Ms. Akta Sehgal. Together, these initiatives reinforced our commitment to social responsibility and fostered empathy and compassion among our students.
Our students proudly represented the school at the ISSO (International Schools Sports Organisation) Tournament, demonstrating determination, teamwork, and a strong sporting spirit throughout the competition.
We are pleased to share that the Under 11 Boys Football Team secured an impressive 3rd place overall in the South Region - Chennai Zone. The team showed consistent effort, collaboration, and resilience across matches, reflecting the values we aim to nurture through school sports.
A special mention goes to Gautam Dev Gokul (PY5), who emerged as the Top Scorer of the tournament, scoring an outstanding 15 goals across four matches.

Our Middle Years students recently represented Shiv Nadar School, Chennai at Arcadia, the Literary Fest hosted by Hiranandani Upscale School, and returned with several commendable achievements.

Well-being as Pedagogy The core message of the session was a shift in perspective: viewing well-being as an intrinsic part of pedagogy rather than a separate component. Educators were encouraged to seamlessly embed these practices into their daily plans, reinforcing the powerful idea that "every lesson can also be a well-being lesson."
Shiv Nadar School commemorated the 77th Republic Day of India with a thoughtfully curated morning assembly that blended patriotism, reflection, and community appreciation. The celebration began with the unfurling of the National Flag by our Chief Guest, Major General Sukh Dev Avasthi (Retd.), followed by a poignant sitar rendition of the National Anthem by Grade 2 student Ved, setting a dignified tone for the proceedings.
Honouring the 'Invisible Workforce' The programme centred on the powerful theme of the "Invisible Workforce," honouring the countless individuals—security personnel, sanitation staff, support teams, and caregivers—whose quiet contributions sustain our everyday lives. Through anchoring reflections, the audience was reminded that freedom is both a right and a responsibility, rooted in the constitutional values of respect, equality, and dignity.
Inspirational Address & Book Launch We were honoured to host Major General Sukh Dev Avasthi, whose address highlighting his distinguished military career and contributions to education deeply resonated with the community.

Kiara Gera student of Grade 4 Gir, Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, showcased exceptional sporting talent across both kickboxing and karate.
She participated in the North Zone Asmita Kickboxing League held in Jammu from 22–25 January 2026 and secured a Bronze Medal in the Point Fight event, qualifying for the National League scheduled in March 2026 in Chennai.
Continuing her stellar performance, Kiara also participated in the 3rd Faridabad District Karate Cup held at Divine Public School, Faridabad on 15 March 2026, where she secured 2 Gold Medals in Fight and Kata events.
