Nursery (EY1) to KG2 (EY3) registrations are closed for AY 2024-25. Grade 1 (PY1), Grade 6 (MY1) and Grade 7 (MY2) admissions will begin on 4th October 2023.

Parents must fill out the admission form on our website, following which they will be invited for a meeting with our Parent Partnership Office and the Principal. A baseline assessment will be conducted shortly after. Parents can reach out to the Parent Partnership Office for details on the same.

Shiv Nadar School Chennai will follow an international curriculum. We aim to be an IB certified school offering the IB-PYP, MYP and DP programs.

The school timings are from 8.15 AM to 12.15 PM for Early Years, and 8 AM to 3 PM for higher grades.

The class size for each grade is 26 students.

Shiv Nadar School Chennai shall maintain three sections across all grades.

The school provides wholesome meals for both breakfast and lunch. The menu is meticulously planned keeping in mind our students’ calorific and nutritional needs. The cooking process is extremely hygienic, following all standard protocols.

Safety of the Shiv Nadar School child is our topmost priority. All systems and processes are in place to ensure the safety of the child on the school premises and while on the school bus. Early years educators are mindful that students may communicate in their mother tongue. Language learning at the Shiv Nadar School includes the development of home and family languages, languages of the school, additional languages and literacy. All students can learn more than one language like Spanish and French, from grade three onwards.

Children will be exposed to Tamil and Hindi from Nursery upwards.

Currently, we offer from Grades Nursery (EY1) to Grade 4. For the academic year 2024-25, we will extend up to Grade 7(MY2).
