SAIBSA 2025

The South Asia International Baccalaureate Schools Association (SAIBSA) is a professional network that connects IB educators and schools across South Asia. It serves as a collaborative platform for sharing best practices, strengthening professional learning, and fostering dialogue within the IB community.

Through events such as Job-Alike Sessions, conferences, and professional exchanges, SAIBSA enables teachers and school leaders to engage in meaningful conversations around pedagogy, assessment, and international-mindedness.

The theme of the event was— Human Flourishing-connecting minds, sharing experiences, and inspiring growth.

The Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram, hosted the SAIBSA Job-Alike event on Saturday, 11th October, bringing together around 250 educators from 25 schools across Delhi NCR, Jaipur and Chandigarh. The event aimed to promote collaboration among educators and facilitate the exchange of best practices. Serving as a vibrant platform for IBDP teachers, it encouraged the
sharing of expertise and collective reflection to enhance teaching and learning through
meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
