RoboCup Junior - Northern Zonal Region

Shiv Nadar School Faridabad hosted RoboCup Junior - Northern Zonal region competition on 18th and 19th December, 2019. 

There were 3 categories: Rescue - Line, Rescue - Maze, Soccer.

Soccer is a new category introduced for the very first time this year.

38 teams from different Schools participated in the event. Participating School were Step by Step Noida, Vasant Valley- Delhi, Army Public School, Amrita Vidyalaya, Shiv Nadar School Noida, Shiv Nadar School Gurgaon, Mother's International School, Bal Bharti Public School, Pitampura , Hansraj Model School,  G.D.Goenka Public School etc.

From Our School, 4 teams participated - 2 teams in Rescue - line and 2 teams in Soccer Category.

Rescue Line:

RoboSquad - 2nd position

Also, received award for Best Robot Design

Squadrons - Secured 5th position. Qualified for Nationals.

Soccer Category:

EV3 Squad - 1st position

Students Name: Rohit Singh and Mansi Aggarwal

Also received award for Best Programming 

RoboWarriors - 2nd position

Students name: Akul Chitkara and Mehul Kothari

Also received award for Innovation and Creativity and Overall best performance.
