The first Inter House Competition for the Primary Years at Shiv Nadar School Faridabad commenced successfully on 8th May 2026 with an exciting Inter House Art Competition organised by the Visual Arts Department. The event provided learners of Grades 3 to 5 with a vibrant platform to express their creativity, imagination, and artistic perspectives through thoughtfully designed grade wise themes.
Students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased originality and creative thinking through their artwork. Grade 3 learners illustrated the theme “My Favourite Food on a Festival” through colourful depictions of festive celebrations and cultural experiences. Grade 4 learners explored the thought provoking theme “Order and Chaos in My City” by creatively representing different aspects of urban life, movement, and emotions within a cityscape. Grade 5 learners interpreted the theme “Sharing the Forest with an Animal” through imaginative portrayals that reflected harmony, coexistence, and empathy towards wildlife and nature.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation across houses and highlighted the learners’ ability to communicate ideas, emotions, and stories through visual expression. The artworks reflected creativity, observation, sensitivity, and confidence while encouraging students to think critically and artistically about the themes presented to them.
The event marked a vibrant and memorable beginning to the Inter House Competitions for the academic year and reflected Shiv Nadar School Faridabad’s commitment to nurturing creativity, self expression, and experiential learning through the arts.
