Avisha Arya from 2 Gir, Shiv Nadar School Faridabad, has made the school proud with her outstanding performance in chess at both state and inter-school levels. Avisha secured the 6th position in the Haryana State Chess Championship held in Gurgaon from May 28th to May 30th, 2024, earning a medal for her commendable efforts. Demonstrating her exceptional skills, Avisha also participated in the Board Masters Chess Tournament at The Millennium School Noida on July 7th, 2024. She impressively clinched the 3rd position, winning a trophy, medal, and certificate. Furthermore, Avisha was honored with an additional trophy for being the youngest player in the tournament.
