Admission and Registration Guidelines

  • Visit the Apply Now Page at the top right corner and select the campus of your choice.
  • To begin the process, please enter your phone number and verify your number through OTP and create your account.
  • Fill out the EOI form with details for the child & parents/guardian and submit it.
  • Once the age criteria and seat availability (in the particular grade you applied) match, you may proceed to pay the registration fee (non-refundable).
  • Then you complete the admission form and attach the documents. Please ensure that the form is complete and reviewed for accuracy before submission. Once submitted, no further changes will be allowed.
  • After submission, a PDF file of the completed form can be downloaded for your records.
  • To apply for more than one child, log in from your existing account and start a NEW APPLICATION for the second child.

Important Documents

Please note that all the uploaded documents must be clear, readable scanned copies of the originals.

The photographs should not be more than six months old and should have been clicked against a white background.

The name and details of the student and parents on the form must match those on the identity proofs and supporting documents.

  • Two passport-size photographs of the child.
  • Two passport-size photographs of the father and mother each.
  • Copy of the child's Birth Certificate, Passport, and/or Aadhar card.
  • Copy of progress report from the previous school (Applicable for grades KG onwards)
  • Proof of all Medical History (Immunization record)
  • Proof of Residence (Aadhar Card/Electricity bill/ Lease or sale deed/Postpaid mobile bill/passport/bank statement)
  • Transfer certificate if applicable.
  • Photo ID proof of Mother, Father, and Guardians (if applicable)
  • Two passport-size photographs and photo ID proof for each of the escort card nominees.
  • Custody document/ divorce papers and custody document/ letter of consent/ Letter of adoption/ death certificate of spouse/ surrogacy document (If applicable)
  • Assessment report in case of SEN child (If applicable)
  • For Grade 11 (CBSE & IBDP)
    • Pre-board result of Grade 10
    • Mark Sheet of Grade 10
    • Migration certificate.
    • Aptitude Test/Psychometric Test Report (If any).

Important Information
  • Please note that the number of seats in each class is limited, and registration alone does not guarantee Admission. The entire process (i.e., online submission of the completed admission form and payment of the registration fee) must be completed on time. The payment of the registration fee does not guarantee admission, and the fee is non-refundable.
  • The Early Years draw of lots process may be conducted for the shortlisted applications. We have well-defined internal selection criteria, which include points for siblings and staff, gender ratio and the diversity of parent profiles.
  • At Shiv Nadar School, our goal is to maintain transparency and integrity throughout the application process.
  • Shiv Nadar School, its management, employees, and representatives do not solicit or accept any capitation fee, donation, commission, or payment of any kind in connection with admissions. The only fees payables are those officially communicated by the school after an admission offer has been made and are to be paid only through the school’s authorised payment channels.
  • Parents/ Admission seekers are advised not to engage with any individual claiming to influence or facilitate the admission process. Any attempt to influence the process through any external/internal agency, government or non-government agency compromises the fairness and impartiality we uphold and may result in the applicant being disqualified from admission.
