Adding to the energy of the event, students from Grades 5 and 6 joined as an enthusiastic audience, eagerly counting down and cheering during rocket launches. Their excitement brought a new dimension to the learning experience, making it a truly memorable moment for the entire school.
This event reaffirmed Shiv Nadar School’s commitment to providing students with unparalleled exposure to scientific research, hands-on experimentation, and mentorship from industry experts. By engaging with leaders from India’s premier space research organization, our students were inspired to think like future aerospace engineers, making strides toward careers in STEM and beyond.

Leadership Beyond Competition
To enrich the learning experience for our Middle Years students, we took a unique approach—having them lead the event as hosts instead of participants. This decision gave them a platform to develop essential life skills beyond competition.
Through this experience, our students:
✅ Built leadership and teamwork skills through event management.
✅ Enhanced communication and interpersonal abilities by interacting with students from different schools.
✅ Developed responsibility and organization by handling logistics.
✅ Gained valuable exposure to high-level competitions.
✅ Embraced the spirit of collaboration and inclusivity as gracious hosts.
From ensuring smooth transitions between venues to reading out rules, managing time, assisting with meals, and creating a welcoming environment, our students truly rose to the occasion!
Looking Ahead
With such an inspiring debut, we are excited to make STEAMphony an annual tradition—continuing to empower students as leaders while fostering a love for STEAM learning in the larger community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making STEAMphony 2025 a resounding success!
At Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, we continuously innovate to enhance learning experiences. Over the past five years, our Digital Ecosystem has evolved from a 1:1 iPad Program (2019) to a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model (2021) for Middle School and beyond, fostering deeper engagement and personalized learning.
We are proud to share that our commitment to technology-driven education has earned us the prestigious Apple Distinguished School recognition in 2024, placing us among the world’s leading institutions in digital excellence.
To help parents understand this technology-powered learning journey, we conducted the BYOD Orientation for Grade 5 parents across two days — 27th February 2025 and 1st March 2025.
The orientation provided parents with valuable insight into our digital learning environment, the policies in place, and how technology empowers student learning at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad.
