While our Middle Years students approached the competition with great enthusiasm and determination, our younger athletes from Grades PY3 to PY5 brought an equally vibrant energy to the field. Their boundless excitement and fearless participation in events such as relay races and fun agility challenges made for thrilling moments. Adding to the festive spirit, our parent community joined in for a friendly yet fiercely contested Tug of War, reinforcing the sense of camaraderie and shared celebration of physical well-being. On Monday, 18th November 2024, Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, had the privilege of hosting Ms. Jasleen Kaur, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Faridabad, for an enlightening session with students from Grades 10–12. Elixir 3.0, the biennial inter-school literary festival themed “A Ship is Safe in the Harbour, but That is Not What It is Built For,” was held with immense enthusiasm at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, on 29th November 2024. The event brought together over 100 students from seven prominent schools across Faridabad, Gurgaon, and Noida, providing a platform to showcase creativity, literary talent, and artistic expression.
The festival commenced with registrations at 8:00 AM, followed by breakfast and an engaging opening ceremony. The day featured a variety of events conducted across different venues, showcasing literary and artistic talent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Sanskrit, French, German, and Spanish.

Our Grade XI IBDP student, Divyam Tayal, achieved remarkable success at ThinkStartup's U18 Launchpad, an elite entrepreneurship program for high school students held at IIT Delhi in June 2024. This program is known for its rigorous selection process and the opportunity it provides students to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in India.
Divyam secured the first position in the competition with his groundbreaking project, "BOTICARM." This innovative project involves the development of an advanced AI-powered prosthetic arm that features voice control and neural sensory integration. BOTICARM is designed to significantly improve the quality of life for individuals with limb differences by offering them a smart, intuitive prosthetic solution.
Maira Verma from Grade 4, Gir won a Bronze Medal in the under-10 Girls National Fencing Championship held in Odisha on June 17, 2024. Prior to this, she clinched a Gold Medal in the under-10 Girls State Level Championship (Delhi NCR) on May 26, 2024. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for fencing have truly paid off.

This international-level contest challenges senior secondary students with complex and novel mathematical problems, requiring creativity and comprehensive knowledge. Kanav's exceptional performance, scoring 72%, surpasses the distinction criteria of 70%, earning him a Certificate of Distinction and a medal.
The Euclid contest's mix of short-answer and full-solution questions allows participants to effectively communicate their mathematical thinking and build perseverance, a key component of problem-solving.
