Robotics Achievements

Ayaan Suri, Shaurya Mahajan, and Vedang Darbari of Shiv Nadar School, Noida, secured 1st place and the Influencer Award at Robocup Asia Pacific 2024, China.

Two soccer teams from Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, clinched 1st and 2nd place at the Robocup National Championship 2024, qualifying for Robocup Netherlands

1st place: Saver Madra, Aditya Arora, Amish Gupta, Aadit Dua

2nd place: Vilakshan Goel, Manthan Varshney, Tejas Chitkara

Shiven Raj Kandoi, Rhythm Bhagoria, and Akshan Gupta of Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, won the Robocup National Championship 2024 in the Maze category.

STEM Achievements

Pranet Khetan of Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon, won the IRIS National Fair Grand Award for a bioengineering project, qualifying for ISEF 2025, USA.

Robocup 2023

Kanav Nagpal of Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, received a Certificate of Distinction and a medal at the Euclid Mathematics Contest by the University of Waterloo, and became eligible for Waterloo’s Faculty of Mathematics Entrance Scholarship.

Twelve students from the Faridabad campus visited Dubai for the Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition 2024 and stood as Runners-up. They competed alongside teams from across Asia. The students reached this Asian round after qualifying at the Indian National Space Settlement Design competition in January this year.

In 2024, Mihika Garg and Puroo Duggal won the ‘Top in the World’ award for the IGCSE Extended Mathematics Examination, scoring a perfect 100/100.

Award-winning Student Projects

Project Hifazat, co-founded by Tanish Arora and Anoushka V of Shiv Nadar School, Noida, works to improve reproductive health in rural communities. It won the Pramerica Spirit of Community Award (Jan 2024), the Diamond Challenge by the University of Delaware, and a $3,000 IBO Global Youth Action Fund grant.

Chuppi Todoh, an initiative led by Priyanshi Bagga of Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon, aims to address menstrual hygiene and improve sanitisation infrastructure in rural areas. It has been recognised for its innovative approach, and was named a finalist in the Taco Bell Ambition Accelerator 2024.

WaPas (Walking Past), an app developed by students from Shiv Nadar School, Noida, including Vihan Tampi, Arnav Vij, Aryan Bardeja, and Karissa Gupta, provides information about historical sites in Delhi. The team won the Youth Leader of the Year title at the India 2030 Leadership Conclave in 2024.

Project Dosti, co-founded by Shiv Nadar School, Noida students Karan Raj Sachdeva and Suhaan Khurana. It aims to bridge the digital divide by providing underprivileged schools and institutions with refurbished computers and comprehensive digital literacy training. It was named the Winner of the Harvard Impact Initiative 2024.

Project Neer is a water conservation project initiated at Shiv Nadar School, Noida, that aims to address water scarcity by implementing sustainable water conservation methods using indigenous practices and traditional wisdom for effective water management. This project was also awarded at the Harvard Impact Initiative 2024.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Daksh Malik of Shiv Nadar School, Noida, has achieved a rare feat, his discovery of asteroid “2023 OG40” has been officially confirmed by NASA. Daksh holds the honour of naming the celestial body he helped identify.

Tanusri Goel (Winner), Akshita Sheoran (1st Runner-up), Muskaan Jubbal, and Serena Kalra (2nd Runner-up) from the Faridabad campus secured all the top four awards at the Young CEO Program at IIT Delhi.

Arnav Mittal, Divyam Tayal, Vilakshan Goel, and Manthan Varshney from the Faridabad campus secured 3rd place in the Fundraiser Category at the Youth Ideathon Challenge by CBSE and ThinkStartup.

Economics & Humanities Competitions

Kaashvi Dewan, Arnav Balyan, Hrit Gupta, and Raghav Garg from the Faridabad campus placed in the top 4 at the Bretton Woods International Economics Championship, winning Category Awards in Micro and Macroeconomics.

Writing Competitions

Daksh Malik and Myra Khandelwal of Shiv Nadar School, Noida, won Bronze at The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2024.

Yuvaan Nihalani of Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon, won multiple awards at the Tournament of Champions at the World Scholars Cup 2024 held at Yale University. He won individual awards and trophies in different categories of the Collaborative Writing, Debating, and the Scholar's Challenge.

Olympiads

Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad students Yashvi Midha, Rayirth Kundu, Divija Babbar, Samar Raj Sharma, and Tanusri Goel secured a Silver Medal at the Ethics Olympiad.

Thurya Jain of Shiv Nadar School, Chennai, won an International Bronze Medal in the SOF International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO).

Inspiring Educators

Ms. Anju Wal, Director of Education, Shiv Nadar School and former Director-Principal of Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, was named 'International School Leader of the Year: Asia' at the Pearson International School Teacher Awards.
