On January 28, 2026, Shiv Nadar School, Noida hosted an interactive Round Square Zoom Postcard titled “Reading the World Through Stories.” The event brought together 130 students aged 11–13 from schools across India, South Africa, and the Middle East to explore how literature mirrors societal realities, cultural values, and human emotions.
Led by 16 Middle Years student facilitators from Shiv Nadar School in breakout baraza discussions, participants examined why authors incorporate real-world conflicts into fiction and how stories foster empathy across cultures. The interactive session empowered young readers to look beyond surface-level plots, hone their critical thinking skills, and connect literary themes to global perspectives, reinforcing literature's power to bridge diverse backgrounds.
