The recent Round Square Zoom Postcard event, "The Solutions Summit," brought students together in interactive Baraza breakout groups to candidly discuss the most pressing issues impacting student life. Guided by shared agreements of respect and active listening, participants explored deep-seated challenges such as balancing academics with extracurriculars, overcoming burnout, self-doubt, social media distractions, and navigating parental and peer expectations.
Beyond identifying obstacles, the summit served as a springboard for student-led innovation and well-being. Participants brainstormed practical strategies, proposing creative initiatives like peer-led inclusion circles, dedicated classroom expression corners, exam stress-relief sessions, and structured time-management practices. The summit highlighted the power of peer mentorship and collaboration, reinforcing our school's commitment to prioritizing mental health, personal growth, and holistic development alongside academic achievement.
