Connecting Through Joy: Reflections from the Round Square Postcard Event

Students from Grades 7 and 8 represented Shiv Nadar School in the global Round Square Postcard event, "Happiness Hacks: What makes us smile," hosted virtually by The Indian High School, Dubai. The interactive session brought together international peers to discuss wellbeing, mindfulness, and the essential factors that bring joy to school and family life.   In breakout rooms, delegates shared how strong friendships, caring teachers, and structured support systems like counseling and mentor programs contribute to a vibrant school environment. Students particularly highlighted Shiv Nadar School's Outdoor Learning Experiences (OLEs) as impactful moments for building connection and resilience. The event concluded with insightful presentations celebrating how unified support from home and school fosters growth, student voice, and lasting happiness.
