Celebrating Partnership: Parent Representative Appreciation Luncheon 2025–26

As the academic year came to a close, Shiv Nadar School hosted a Parent Representative Appreciation Luncheon to celebrate and acknowledge the invaluable contributions of our parent partners who worked closely with the school throughout the year.

The event brought together 73 parent representatives from across grades, for an afternoon of reflection, gratitude, and meaningful conversations. It was a wonderful opportunity for the school team to connect with parents in an informal setting, hear their experiences firsthand, appreciate what went well, and gather insights on areas where we can continue to grow and strengthen our partnership.

The gathering featured a presentation celebrating the many ways in which parent representatives contributed to class initiatives, field trips, events, and community-building efforts throughout the year. Ms. Neelavani Dhas, Parent Partnership Officer, facilitated reflections on parent engagement, while the Principal, Ms. Padmini Sambasivam, shared updates on student learning experiences and school initiatives, reinforcing the importance of collaboration in creating a vibrant learning community.

The afternoon continued with warm conversations and informal interactions with the Senior Leadership Team, allowing parents to share stories, exchange experiences, and celebrate the collective journey of the year. Light-hearted activities, candid moments, and shared laughter added to the spirit of the occasion.

The celebration concluded on a delightful note with a spread of delicacies, making it a memorable afternoon that truly reflected the warmth, partnership, and community spirit that define the Shiv Nadar School parent community.
