Beyond Borders: Shiv Nadar School at the Whanganui Round Square Conference 2025

Shiv Nadar School delegates participated in the prestigious Round Square Conference 2025 at Whanganui Collegiate School, New Zealand, exploring the core IDEALS of Adventure and Internationalism. Over five action-packed days, students stepped out of their comfort zones through high-ropes courses, orienteering, river rafting, and traditional Waka Ama canoeing. Cultural immersion was central to the trip, featuring a visit to a local Marae, Māori poi-making, storytelling, and an excursion on the historic Waimarie Paddle Steamer. Through Baraza discussion groups and collaborative community initiatives, our students connected with global peers, shared Indian traditions, and built lasting cross-cultural friendships. The journey deepened their resilience, independence, and environmental stewardship, leaving them enriched with invaluable global perspectives and unforgettable memories.
