AI: Friend or Foe? Students Explore Ethics, Environment, and Accountability at Round Square Postcard

Students from Shiv Nadar School engaged in a thought-provoking global discussion during the online Round Square Post Card Event, "AI: Friend or Foe," held on August 12, 2026. Coordinated by Ms. Muskan Devi, participants from Grades 6 and 7 delved into complex issues surrounding unchecked development, political ambition, and environmental ethics. Using the Dalit Prerna Sthal in Noida as a case study, students analyzed how ecological green spaces are often compromised for large-scale urban monuments. The session highlighted the importance of judicial interventions, such as Supreme Court rulings, in safeguarding nature. Ultimately, the event inspired students to embrace active citizenship, critical thinking, and collective responsibility in protecting our environment for future generations.
