Wooju Mo (PY3) achieved a remarkable milestone in his chess journey during the summer break, showcasing exceptional skill, strategic thinking, and consistency in competitive chess at the national level in South Korea.
Competing in the Korean National Children’s Chess Championship and the SPCF Championship, Wooju secured first place in both tournaments, demonstrating disciplined preparation, strong decision-making, and composure under pressure. Building on these achievements, he participated in the Korean Youth National Team Selection Tournament, where he secured second place and earned selection to the Korean National Youth Chess Team.
