World Scholar’s Cup 2024: Daksh’s Inspiring Journey to Yale University

Daksh Malik, our student of Grade 9, has brought immense pride to our school with his extraordinary achievements at the World Scholar’s Cup 2024, culminating in his participation at the prestigious Tournament of Champions held at Yale University. The World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) is a prestigious annual international academic competition that brings together students across 65+ countries.

Daksh’s journey began with the Regional Round in India, where he won the Overall Best Scholar Trophy, 10 Gold, and 2 Silver medals, qualifying for the Global Round in Baku, Azerbaijan. At the Global Round, he ranked 7th globally—the only Indian in the top 7—and won 15 medals. The final round Tournament of Champions, was held at Yale University, where he earned 16 medals, placing 1st in Social Studies and Special Area, and ranking among the Top 35 Scholars globally. With a total of 30 Gold and 13 Silver medals, Daksh’s achievements reflect his brilliance, inspiring future scholars to aim high.  

Competition
