Robotics Summer Camp
38 students across Grades 3-10 attended Robotics Summer Camp conducted on 20th - 30th June. The project-based activities planned for this program help build science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) knowledge and improved problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills by integrating the use of relevant digital tools hence, enhancing computational thinking skills.
With LEGO programs students explored the resources to design, build and program their creations. The Engineering program for senior grades introduced Arduino and 3D printers programming for creating professional drawings using the software and discovering how to start with dimensioned sketches and end up with complete 3D models.
The program in an intuitive way allowed students to bring their creations to life while sharpening computational thinking skills like logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and modelling simulations.
