Team Faridabad secured the Gold Medal at the SGFI 2024 Girls Under-17 Tennis Tournament, held in Panchkula from 16th to 18th September 2024. The team featured standout players from Shiv Nadar School Faridabad, with Iha Joshi and Kaavya Parihar playing key roles, alongside three players from DPS Sector 19, Faridabad.
Iha Joshi, a 13-year-old from Shiv Nadar School Faridabad, paired with Anandita Upadhyay from DPS, showcased exceptional skill throughout the tournament. Despite the challenging Under-17 category, Iha’s performance was remarkable as she and her partner powered through the rounds, defeating Yamunanagar in the Quarterfinals, Karnal in the Semifinals and finally triumphing over Gurugram in a hard-fought Final.

Shreyovi's captivating photograph, titled "In the Spotlight," captures two Indian peafowls standing opposite each other, their silhouettes beautifully framed by the misty backdrop of Keoladeo National Park in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. While walking through the forest with her parents, Shreyovi spotted the peafowls and instantly recognized the potential for a perfect shot.
