"Mahabehes" - National Debate Tournament
Abeer Bhandari and Aarav Balyan of 7 Kanha cleared a series of BEHES tournaments in 2022 to reach the MAHABEHES CUBS(under 14 yrs) 2022 final round which was scheduled on 7th May 2022.
The MahaBehes ‘22 is the culmination of the Behes season, which invites some of the top budding debaters, over 2000 participants. The MahaBehes ‘22 saw talents from five countries battle it out for a shot at the coveted title – a shot at being MahaBehes champions 2022!
Their team 'TARKVITARK' of 3 debaters, from Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad reached the semifinal round with great earnestness.
They are the recipient of the following accolades-
Abeer Bhandari - Best speaker of the MAHABEHES 2022, 1st position, Gold Medal
Aarav Balyan - 11th position, Silver Medal
Swasti Kaushik- 16th position, Silver Medal
Great Going Viraj !
Viraj Singh Goel of Grade 7 has put another feather in his cap. Viraj won “2 Gold medals” in the 5th NCR Shooting Championship organized by Deep Memorial School in Uttar Pradesh. Over 300 shooters from Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh competed in this week-long tournament. Viraj competed in Under 12, Under 16 Air Rifle Men category and scored 398 in this prestigious tournament.

Shaurya Agarwal, student of Grade 7 has clinched the Singles and Doubles Title in the Under – 13 Category of 42nd Open Faridabad District Badminton Championship 2022.

Congratulations to our young Mathematician - Pranet!
Pranet Pahwa of Grade 7 secured Second Rank in NELTAS MCAT - 2nd International Math Competition for the year 21-22, after scoring 97.5%.
NELTAS M-CAT (Math Competency Analytical Test) is a Mathematics assessment along with International Competition. It assesses the knowledge, understanding and application of skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning and time management.
M-CAT provides an opportunity for students to assess their learning. They become more aware of their knowledge, understanding, and what resources to use while doing mathematics. This exam is conducted across standards (2 to 9) where the mathematical skills, mental ability, calculation speed, critical analysis and accuracy are tested.

Congratulations Tavish
Tavish Pahwa of Grade 7 represented the country in the 2022 ITF Asia U12 Team Competition for the South Asia Regional Qualifying Event which happened in Kathmandu, Nepal.
He has won the South Asia Regional Qualifying Final Match against Pakistan. He is now qualified for Asian Games, which will be held in Kazakhstan.
With this, Tavish becomes India’s No 1 ranked player in the Under 12 Category as per the All India Tennis Association’s new ranking. He also won the Prestigious National Series Tennis Tournament held in Karnal.

Sanvi Bahri, a grade 7 student at Shiv Nadar School Noida made us proud by winning three medals in the recent UP State Sub-Junior Swimming Championship.
She was awarded 2 Gold medals for 4x50 meters relay and 400 meters freestyle rounds, and one silver medal for 50 meters butterfly round.

Mahi Agarwal of Grade 8 a budding shuttler won a silver medal in Girls Under 13 - Doubles category in the recently concluded Delhi State Badminton Tournament 2022. The event witnessed more than 1700 shuttlers across various categories. We congratulate Mahi on her big win.

Pranet Pahwa from Grade 7 participated in the AWS Young Builders Challenge. His project was selected in the top 100 from across the country.
CBSE in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog and Ministry of Education – Innovation Cell (Govt. of India) had organised ‘AWS Young Builder Challenge 2021’ to provide students an opportunity to unleash their creativity, indulge in project-based learning and win rewards.The challenge was open to students from Grades 6 to 12 of all CBSE affiliated schools across India.
The Challenge theme for 2021 was “How can Artificial Intelligence change the future of the country” with sub-themes of Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, Transportation and Others.
It is estimated that more than 1000 projects were submitted by school students for the challenge.

- He won a Bronze Medal for solving 3 cubes in less than 3 minutes.

- He won a memento for solving 3x3 Pyraminx cube and 2x2 Cube in less than 1 min.
Saatvik Das - An All Rounder!
Saatvik Das of Shiv Nadar School, Noida participated in GSL Global Social Leaders Project - Saatvik's team was awarded 'Social Media Champions'. They also made it till the Semi Finals. GSL is a project based competition that helps to achieve the United Nations’ Global Goals, an ambitious and transformative set of goals with the power to end extreme poverty, fight inequality and stop climate change. This competition gives participants the opportunity, support and platform to create positive change and join a global movement of socially conscious leaders.
