Avisha and Avanya Arya Shine at Chess Tournament

We are proud to share that Avisha Arya (Grade 2 Gir) and her sister Avanya Arya (KG Gir) from Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, showcased exceptional skill and determination at the Chess Tournament held at Parevartan Global School on 2nd February 2025.
Avisha secured 3rd position in the Under-8 category, earning a trophy and certificate for her outstanding performance. Meanwhile, her younger sister, Avanya, made a remarkable debut in her maiden tournament, securing 5th position in the same category and also winning a trophy and certificate.
Notably, Avanya was the youngest player in the tournament, making her achievement even more commendable.

Sartaaj Sachdeva Shines in NRSM Winter Olympiad 2025

Sartaaj Sachdeva of Grade 4 Kanha at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad showcased an outstanding performance in the National Road Safety Quiz, scoring an impressive 39 out of 40 points. His exceptional achievement secured him a State Rank of 2nd and an All India Rank of 4th, reflecting his deep understanding of road safety concepts.
The National Road Safety Mission’s (NRSM) Winter Olympiad 2025 engaged 75,179 students nationwide, equipping them with crucial knowledge on traffic rules, pedestrian safety, and responsible road behavior through interactive learning modules.

Our students showcased their innovation and excellence at the NTSE 2025, held yesterday, where 20 schools across Delhi NCR presented nearly 100 innovative projects.
We are proud to share that our Senior School teams represented Shiv Nadar School with great enthusiasm, demonstrating their creativity, research, and problem-solving skills. A special congratulations to Team Limbsure, led by Divyam Tayal and Vilakshan Goel, for securing the Second Prize in the Health Science theme—a remarkable achievement that reflects their dedication and scientific acumen.
All participating students confidently displayed their models, engaged in insightful Q&A sessions with the esteemed jury, and gained valuable exposure to cutting-edge research and innovation.

Team Limbsure Triumphs at Young Creator's League, Palaksha University

Team Limbsure from Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad stood 1st out of 50 teams from 15 states across India at the Young Creator’s League held at Palaksha University.
Out of a highly competitive pool, our students emerged as the champions in today’s grand finale, impressing the jury with their AI-powered prosthetic arm – Limbsure.
About Limbsure
This innovative prosthetic arm integrates voice control and neural sensory integration, making it a smart, intuitive, and more affordable alternative to existing prosthetic solutions. The project aims to significantly improve the lives of individuals with limb differences by providing them with cutting-edge technology at an accessible price.

Iha Joshi Clinches First Under-18 AITA Championship Series Title

Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, proudly celebrates Iha Joshi, a Grade 8 Corbett student, for her outstanding victory in the AITA Championship Series Girls' Singles (Under-18) Tournament held at DPS Gurugram from January 20 to 24, 2025. This triumph marks Iha’s first Under-18 title, adding another feather to her cap in her remarkable tennis journey. Competing against seasoned players, she displayed exceptional skill, determination, and resilience to claim the championship. Her success is a testament to her dedication and rigorous training. HCL Jigsaw – a-pan India competition

The HCL Group, a global technology conglomerate, is dedicated to multiplying human potential and empowering people and communities to unlock possibilities for a greater impact. A key aspect of this commitment is to equip young individuals with 21st-century skills that enable them to develop innovative solutions for real-world challenges.
To this end, HCL launched its pioneering initiative – HCL Jigsaw – a pan-India competition designed to help young school students assess and enhance their problem-solving abilities. Aligned with the critical thinking emphasis of the New Education Policy 2020, HCL Jigsaw aims to identify and recognise India's Top Young Problem Solvers through a rigorous, multi-layered evaluation process.
The competition assesses students from grades 6 to 9 on essential 21st-century skills, including research, critical thinking, and communication, encouraging them to apply these skills to address real-world issues.
We are delighted to announce that our student, Ardas Mahajan, has emerged as a winner in the Grade VIII category. As part of the prize, he won a trip to the HCL imagination lab.

Odissi Brilliance at CCRT’s Prestigious Cultural Event

Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, proudly celebrates the outstanding performance of Saanvi (Grade XI Sariska) and Vidhi (Grade XI Gir) at the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) under the Ministry of Culture on 24th October 2024.
Their mesmerizing Odissi dance performance captivated the audience, earning them well-deserved recognition. As a mark of appreciation, they will receive an honorarium of ₹5,000 from the Department of Culture.

SNS Winners - RoboCup Junior National Championship 2024

RoboCup is the world's largest robotics and artificial intelligence competition, aimed at fostering innovation in mechatronics, computer science, electronics, mechanics, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence.
Six teams from Shiv Nadar School participated in the RoboCup Junior National Championship, competing in the Rescue Maze, Rescue Line, and Soccer categories. We are proud to announce that two of our SNS teams secured first place in the Maze and Soccer categories, qualifying for the International Championship. Additionally, one team achieved second place in the Soccer category, while another secured third place in the Maze category.
With autonomous and collaborative robots, our SNS teams developed dynamic strategies to outmaneuver competitors in real-time, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and technical expertise in a constantly evolving environment.

Shiv Nadar School Faridabad Celebrates Iha Joshi’s Remarkable Achievements in SGFI National Tennis Championship

The recently concluded 68th SGFI National Tennis Girls Under-17 Championship brought immense pride to Shiv Nadar School Faridabad, as Grade 8 Corbett student Iha Joshi represented Haryana State in this prestigious tournament. Hosted by Mayo College, Ajmer, from December 4 to 8, 2024, the championship witnessed the participation of 106 players from 22 States and Union Territories.
In the team event, Haryana State secured 4th Position, demonstrating exceptional skill and determination. The Haryana team triumphed over teams from Chandigarh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu before falling to Karnataka in the semi-finals in a nail-biting match.
Iha Joshi was one of the two key players who represented Haryana in all matches during the Nationals. Her contribution was pivotal in the team’s impressive performance.
